Howard L. and Donna M. Boers ("the Boers") appeal from the final judgment of the United States Court of Federal Claims, which affirmed the United States Department of Agricultures ("the Departments") calculation of their Dairy Indemnity Payment Program ("DIPP") benefits under 7 U.S.C. Â§ 450j-l (1994), the denial of prejudgment interest on their claim, and the offset of these benefits against their Farmers Service Agency ("FSA") loan balance. See Boers v. United States, No. 96-509C (Fed. Cl. Sept. 14, 1999) (Boers II). Because the Boers have not shown that the Court of Federal Claims erred, we affirm.
